I have a zipped FLAC of a 5.1 mix of Anathema's Weather Systems and I want to get it onto a DVD. I have Audiomuxer/IMGburn. How do I get this onto a DVD-R to listen to it?

Picking up the discussion from here :

Normally it should work without a problem, but to rule out some issues that you could have had with the transfer to disk, can you please do the following:

1) Take a USB-key and format it to FAT32 (if not done already)
2) Make your compilation in AudioMuxer to MKV, select the export to AVCHD, do not select ISO, but tick the 2 option below that, i.e. 4Gb Split and 8.3 file names.
3) You will get a AVCHD directory as output and copy that whole directory to your USB-key.
4) Start your PS3, go to Video I think and there you will find your USB-key, select it and then click again on that "AVCHD" thumbnail that will appear.
5) Normally your music should start playing. Hit the "Select" button on your controller to see that it is playing Linear PCM 5.1

Please beware, as also explained in the thread of your original question that you can only have surround over HDMI, i.e. when you play PCM 5.1 through your optical connection of your PS3 it will only output in stereo.

Hi. First, I want I just want to say how much I love this program. Finally, an easy way to get my surround sound discs into a smaller, playable format for my Dune media player.

There are two improvements I hope to see in a future version -- sorry if I didn't read through all 20-some pages of this thread to see if they have been mentioned previously, or whether they are technically feasible or not.

1. Use song titles as chapter names for mkv files (and DVD files too, I guess).
2. Ability to adjust video encoding bitrate.

I find the default video bitrate to be unnecessarily high for video of still images. I always re-encode the resulting mkvs in Vidcoder, dropping the bitrate to 100kbps, which is fine and saves often hundreds of megabytes. I also enter the song names for chapters when re-encoding.

Anyway, these are quibbles. I really love the program, and it does so much I feel guilty asking for more :)

Hi Pl4yitLOUD. Is it possible to make a checkbox to specify if subtitles must show or not. I use still images that shows the track names.
Thanks in advance :)
