I have a strange problem with original DTS CD's .....

Alan Parsons' On Air is recognized in Audiomuxer and plays on the computer and on the HTS.
Santana's Abraxas doesn't play on the PC, is not recognized , but plays on the HTS.

Ripping Abraxas with EAC gives back a good rip (25% peak level as all DTS CD's), but the rip isn't recognized in Audiomuxer too.
Splitting the Cue and wav into separate songs, makes no difference. They are also not recognized by Audiomuxer as DTS.
Audiomuxer gives back 2 channels 1411/16 bits > just like a standard CD.

Any idea what can be wrong here and if it is fixable ?

Most probably the DTS Sync is not at the start of the data part of the Wav. Go to Audio Conversion, Select Audio, Select "DTSWav Files" in the files of type selection box and then select your file. That will start a specific parsing and correction process (if needed) on the file. If there are errors in the DTSWav file then a "...fixed.wav" will be created. That new file will normally be correctly identified as a DTSWav file. See also page 17 of the User Guide.

I downloaded and installed Surcode and Audiomuxer, have tried my first conversion and am having a problem: in Audiomuxer, I did the “DTS Test”, and it found Surcode – however, when I tried to actually convert a WAV file to DTS, I am getting an error message: “Conversion cannot start since no compatible DTS encoder was found”

what do I do??

How can I set dialnorm when encoding to AC3? How can I check / change existing value? Audiomuxer apparently does recognize this information according to log info when decoding AC3...

P.S. when will be the newer version released?
