(long time ago in doom9 i posted the same problem, is in one outdated audition guide there if i good remember...) exporting 32 bit normalized float, (type 3) in audition multichannel encoder always give me problems too(audition help explain why it happens sometimes)... then i chose: 32-bit, 4-byte integer (type 1) or 24-bit, 3-byte packed integer |

Thanks for a great and simple program. The first software, in which I created gapless Audio DVD from DTS 96/24 files quickly and without any problems. But I also intercede for the possibility to use mono wavs or w64 audio files as input for the audio conversion. Many surround encoders requires as input mono-wavs. It would be good, if I can use the same files to convert into multichannel FLAC in AudioMuxer. Using the source of mono-wavs may be difficult, because at the 24/48 or 24/96 surround audio is 5.1 multichannel wav often larger than 4 GB. Therefore its necessary export audio from editor as w64 or as separate mono tracks. And Audiomuxer does not support these formats. |

Version 0.9.2.1 is out with the possibility to merge mono-channel wavs to multi-channel wav or flac. Run AudioMuxer again such that it can auto-update itself or download the new version from . Have fun... |

Thank you for the new version. I try Merge to FLAC function with files from my current work. I got this error: Audiomuxer first merge mono-wavs to 6-channel wav and then convert it to flac? It is possible change this procedure so that this conversion run on-fly (without creating the 6-channel wav)? |

These are quite some big files that you are handling I will have a look at w64 such that we can get this sorted out. Yes, first to multi-channel wav, and then to Flac. Will have a look whether this can be done in 1 step. More to come ..... |

I was building a DTS DVD for myself tonight when I noticed, after finishing the entire disc, adding graphics, etc., and playing it on my home theater, that I had gotten the track order on the album wrong. Now I know how to use a program like cuesplitter to split a 44.1 kbps DTS WAV with a cue sheet, but no idea what program to use with a 24/48 .dts file. Sure enough, use that little "cue split" button on Audiomuxer and, voila, your one long .dts file has now been split. After reversing the order of the tracks, I just re-added my now-split 10 .dts tracks back into Audiomuxer, and rebuilt my DVD from there. ....another Audiomuxer success story. |
