In the main panel there is the option "Split by Main Audio Track" or "Split by CUE Entries". When you choose DVD as output format that option will create an MPG file for each main audio track or for each CUE entry found in the audio input list. Give it a try, maybe that is what you are looking for. If needed you can just rename that .mpg file in .vob.
As an advice when creating these MPG/VOB files I would deselect the "Blank Video / Text as Subtitles" option such that the video is being encoded and that the track titles are also encoded as such. Subtitles and plain MPG/VOB files does not work. FYI, There is an option in the Settings panel to show the encoder progress, should that be necessary.
